Risberg Hunting (S) is a compact and versatile knife designed as a companion for hunters in the field. Developed for control and precision during lighter tasks on the hunt, such as carving roasting sticks, preparing feathersticks, and opening packages. The 91 mm long blade is 2 mm thick and made from Swedish stainless steel (12C27) with a hardness of 56.5 HRC. The edge is ground to a 23° angle for an ideal balance between sharpness and durability and extends all the way into the handle, providing improved control and power transfer during precision work. The classic Scandi grind offers high precision and is easy to resharpen even in the field. This knife is made in Mora, Sweden.
