  • Where do you ship?
    • We ship to all addresses in Canada.

  • How long will orders take to reach me?
    • Most orders will ship within 24 - 48 hours on business days. Orders placed on Friday night, Sat/Sun, or a statutory holiday will be processed the following business day. Shipping times vary; typically, BC or AB deliveries take 1-4 business days, while middle or eastern regions take about 2-7 business days.

  • Do you have a storefront?
    • Yes, you can visit us at 108-591 Bernard Ave, Kelowna, British Columbia, during our store hours: Monday-Sunday, 10am-6pm. 

  • How much is shipping?
    • Shipping is a flat rate of $15.

  • What currency are your prices?
    • Prices are in Canadian dollars.

  • Method of payment?
    • We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Interac e-Transfer (EMT), and Visa Debit. Your credit card information is processed through SSL for security, and we do NOT store it on our site.

  • Will I be charged import taxes or duties?
    • No, we've already paid all the duties and taxes, so you don't have to worry about them when you purchase from us.

  • How do I track my order?
    • You'll receive an email with the tracking number once your order is shipped, usually between 4pm-6pm PST on weekdays.

  • Do you take special orders?
    • Yes, we accept special orders for brands we carry. Email us at: info@spadestactical.com with the specific item and a product photo. Special orders require full prepayment and are non-refundable or exchangeable. Warranty doesn't cover special order items.
  • Does the AEG come with a battery and charger?
    • No, batteries and chargers are sold separately on our website.
