Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed in 1-2 business days.  In instances where items are backorders, the customer will be notified and given the option to have their order shipped together or in separate shipments as back-ordered items become available.  

Default shipping method is Canada Post / UPS. We are not responsible for any damages or lost caused en route by handling of the packages. Customers incur all freight charges. 

Other Shipping Restrictions

Certain remote locations and/or shipments containing oversized/overweight items may qualify for our Free Shipping policy, but only up to a certain amount (e.g. if shipping costs for your shipment is $100 CAD, we will cover up to $50 CAD). If this applies to your order, we will reach out to you via email once your order is being processed.

While we try our best to offer flat rate and free shipping options to our customers, there may be instances where actual costs may dramatically differ from expectations. If additional shipping charges are required, we will reach out to the customer to coordinate payment or explore alternative solutions, if possible.

 

Shipping Time
Depending on the destination and shipping method, the time for a package to arrive will vary.  When available, a tracking number will be provided to the customer and should appear in the order status after the order has shipped. 

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address for the orders. Sometimes we can spot an error of the shipping address and we will reach out to you to confirm the shipping address. But we cannot be 100% sure to spot these errors and correct them in time, so please be extra careful when putting down shipping information for your order and do not trust auto-fill. If the package is returned or lost due to incorrect shipping address, Spades Tactical is not responsible for the lost package or the re-sending of returned package. We will contact the customer to pay for freight charges to re-send an order. 


Proof of Delivery
All orders require the signature of the purchaser upon receiving the package.
